Yeah, I've seen plastic spheres like those where you put your hamster or such in there and they run around. I can just imagine Mr Toast running around the house in one of those. Bouncing down the stairs rolling through the kitchen...
Or it could be the adventurous Mr Toast -exploring the vast reaches of the unknown whether in space or at the bottom of the sea.
That is a great display idea! Very cool.
Oh dear.
I love the mental images conjured above, but am loathe to admit that my first thought was "The Toast in the Bubble". Where's his pal John Travolta?
Hi there,
I arrived here via a crooked path from boingboing.net, but ... I must e.g. cannot help tell you that I had/have a cat named "Mr. Toast" ...
The had/have confusion: she (yes) is very much alive but lives with my first ex-wife. I named her before we ever saw her ... a much beloved-cat had died, we decided we wanted a replacement and I created the name "Mr. Toast" for the cat-to-come. As it turned out it was a female cat, but I liked the name (she was black, which I suppose made her burned toast) so it stuck.
Mr. Toast is currently 16 years old and lives in Indianapolis, IN.
