Well today in North Carolina, Mr Toast is spending some time doing healthy outdoors stuff at Crowders Mountain State Park near Charlotte.
Always obey the safty signs to avoid injury or death.
Here is our trail.

and even more stairs.....
I can't believe we made it.
And boy was it worth it.
You don't get this kind of view everyday.
One last look.
A little accident on the way back down but Mr Toast is OK.
Back down at the bottom Mr Toast takes a try at rock climbing.
This is quite fun. Unfortunatly it is time to say good bye to North Carolina. Big thanks to Nancy for being such a great host.
