Dear Dan---
I am purchasing several acres of land next to my house and consulting with a series of internationally-reknowned architects (Frank Gehry won't return my calls, however...) to build me the ultimate climate-controlled archive facility because I am on a mission to own EVERY MR. TOAST PRODUCT YOU HAVE EVER PRODUCED.
Should I seek professional help?

I think this is a good idea but you need to put in a little guest room so I have some place to stay when I am in the area!
