Cocoa the Elephant

This is a nice group of Cocoa the Elephant animation drawings. Cocoa was the mascot for Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies around 1960. At the end are a few drawings of Jose the Monkey who was the mascot before Cocoa but continued on in the commercials with Cocoa.

These are really cool! I love how humanistic gestures can be applied to animals.

I love those drawings, very nice.

Is Cocoa the Elephant pink? Someone gave me a Kubrick Kellogg's series 1 pink elephant with a giant spoon and I could never figure out what cereal he represented.

Oh I love these. They remind me of Dumbo. I wonder if there is any resemblances?

I still like the Cocoa the Krispies monkey though.
