Unfortunately, the Fiedler and Fiedler (F&F) mold factory in Dayton, OH, closed in the 1980s. What makes these 2 photos so cool is that it shows both spray painting with mold shields (like the hats) and hand-painting on the details (like eyes & teeth). Jim Rash.
It's almost unreal to think of ANY such merchandising being done here in the US nowadays. Looks like a fun job as those places go--they sure made fun products.
