My guess is, they were doled out as part of a promotion that happened during Sealtest's sponsorship of CBS' Saturday afternoon "circus" show from Philadelphia, "THE BIG TOP" [1950-'58], with radio deejay Jack Sterling as "Ringmaster", and, in the early years, Ed McMahon as one of the "clowns".
